  1. Exactly what to feed your individual body, what not to feed her, and sound reasons why.
  2. Practical food preparation skills
  3. The Psychology of Eating:
    You will learn how to strengthen your Self-control through Self-understanding and Self-compassion.
  4. Social determinants of your eating:
    Discover how enormously social influences, your family, friends, corporations and government shape your eating. Learn how to cultivate relationships that powerfully support your Health.
Your eating will become a daily practice in each of these four areas.  You will learn compelling evidence from both modern science as well as traditional wisdom. 
You will also learn how to turn your home into a nutritional sanctuary… a garden filled with natural, wholesome foods that you enjoy and a place free from what tempts you in your times of hunger and weakness.
You will learn how to become master of your appetite and tastes rather than a slave.  You will consciously and deliberately cultivate tastes for the foods that nourish and strengthen your body.  You will find great satisfaction as you feel your old cravings weaken under your caring attention.  Nothing, but nothing tastes as good as Health feels.  

Eating is largely an inner game.  It is a valuable question to ask yourself if you choose poor foods because you are addicted to the food itself?  Or do you injure yourself with your food choices because you are addicted to feeling bad about yourself?  One example of the type of training I offer you in gaining mastery over your appetites is in this great article entitled    “Sin Boldly”.  

Lastly, do you find that you compromise your eating when you are at parties, family gatherings or restaurants?  Most of my clients feel they must choose between their friends and their body.  They don’t want to offend their friends by not participating in the same ways of eating however they also don’t want to compromise their body and Health when they are working so diligently to care for themselves.  A real “lose-lose” situation.  I will teach you how you can increase the enjoyment of your friends and celebrations AND improve the ways you nourish your body.  This is the way healing works.  You grow more powerful and capable of achieving everything that is truly good.  No compromises.
You have within you the power to be Healthy.  It is innate.  You simply need to learn to recognize it and put it into practical action.
